      Course Established: 1982
      Description: Fun and challenging in a mature, fairly wooded, country-like setting. A small creek runs through it. Multiple pins. Pro Shop on site.

      Directions: Exit Hwy 50 north on Hazel. Corner of Oak & Hazel, enter park off Hazel.

    • Albert Schweitzer Park
      Course Established: ???
      Description: Tight course known locally as 'Little Africa'. Not very well marked, use map or find a local to guide you.
      Holes: 18 (Wood posts)
      Tee Type: Dirt
      Directions: I-80 east toward Reno. Exit at Madison Ave., right on Madison for 3.7 miles to a right on San Juan Ave., 1.3 miles to a right at Sumter Dr. (sign tough to see) to the end. DO NOT park in front of any residences. Park on the church side of the street. Old #12 is now #1.

      Course Established: 1984
      Description: Excellent mix of long and medium holes meandering through mature oaks with a creek that comes into play on several holes. Multiple pins, switched frequently.

      Course Established: 2007
      Description: Nice urban course. Slight undulations and a handful of giant oaks. Weekly doubles; Mon at 6 pm spring and summer.

      Directions: Business 80 to Marconi Ave. exit. Go west to a right on Kenwood St. 1st tee just past playground.

    • Regency Community Park
      Course Established: 2004
      Description: Family park with playgrounds, skatepark and bathrooms. Relatively flat and open with small trees. Very short course - drive with your putter. Perfect for night golf!

      Directions: I-80; exit Truxel (north). Cross Del Paso Rd., right on Club Center Dr. Immediate left, follow to far side of park (past skateboard park). 1st tee by larger white sign.

      Description: Well kept in a nice setting. Heavily wooded in some areas. Longest layout plays 2,8,8. Shortest; 14,4,0.

      Course Established: 2007
      Description: Flat and open with trees & OB near half the holes. Unplayable 1st weekends in May and Oct. Playground, BBQs, fishing, dog park, horseshoe pits, and swimming pool.

      Directions: Hwy 99; exit Elk Grove Blvd. Go east a mile to a right on Elk Grove-Florin Rd., 1 mile to a right into Elk Grove Regional Park (just after the high school). 1st left into parking lot. 1st tee down path on east side of the pool.

      Course Established: 1986
      Description: Park features include tennis courts, playground, ball fields and picnic areas. Alt. pins. 1st time players will need a guide. Wed. @ 5pm - Doubles.

      Directions: Hwy 50 east to Placerville, right on Bedford, left on Main St., right on Cedar Ravine, park is about 2 miles on left, at corner of Airport Road and Cedar Ravine.

      Description: Circles around the reservoir with water in play on three holes. Shorter more technical front 8, then a more open and longer back. Hole #9 is 750'. Camping right by the course.

      Description: Recreational course in flat, wooded area. Playground and baseball field, picnic tables, horse arena, and community center. Lots of wineries and pretty mountain scenery. Back 7 begin on the other side of the softball field.

      Description: Tight fairways through oaks and pines. Very challenging. All holes have several pin positions (changed regularly). 3 ponds and one large mound called the Volcano (miss some putts and erupt). Will test the skills of "big arms" and technical players as well.

      Directions: From Sacramento: I-80 east to Hwy 49 to Grass Valley. Hwy 20 west to Penn Valley. Penn Valley exit at traffic light left. Right at 1st stop sign to Western Gateway park on right. Follow road around to parking lot just past restrooms. 1st tee across field to the west of parking lot.

      Description: Wonderful wooded course with challenging multi-placement holes including 2 creek shots. Brighton Market at French and Brighton has discs and info.

      Description: Plenty of obstacles and elevation changes. Each hole has 2 or 3 basket positions. Private course - play by appointment only (phone or email). Course map at website.

      Description: On Army Corp of Engineers property. Fun layout on hills with oaks. Awesome views of reservoir. Huge campground, fishing, boating, etc. #17 is 700' downhill to lake's edge. Fee:$4.

      Directions: Hwy 26 NE from Stockton to town, right on Hogan Dam Road (Jitters coffee stand), left on New Hogan Pkwy. Continue into Fiddleneck Day Use Area. Pay at booth, 1st tee to right at upper boat parking lot.

      Description: Narrow fairways with elevation. Mainly technical with a few open runs. Long pants protect from the poison oak.

      Description: At 7100' in an alpine meadow. Natural and uneven terrain...with many trees to catch your disc. Scorecards at 1st tee and the Firehouse. Not open in winter.

      Description: Exciting and challenging along the Feather River. Fairways vary from rocky to grass areas with many land obstacles. Long grass off the fairways.

      Directions: Hwy 70 north of Sacramento to Oroville, exit Montgomery St. Go west 0.1 mile into park. Turn left onto dirt road follow 1 mile to bridge, parking and 1st tee on right toward river.

      Course Established: 2000
      Description: Exciting and challenging along the Feather River. Long grass off the fairways. Thick brush and narrow shots. Very technical.

      Directions: Hwy 70 north of Sacramento to Oroville, exit Montgomery St. Go west 0.1 mile into park to 1st parking lot on left, practice basket, clubhouse and 1st tee (back 9 across entance road from parking lot).
